Bisma loves the summertime. She enjoys being outside, basking in the sun, her skin turning beautiful shades of brown. One day, her friend Zoya shares that she was told not to stay outside too long for fear of her skin getting too dark. Bisma responds by taking Zoya on a journey, recalling everything she has been taught about the rich family history of her brown skin, and inspiring her friend to proudly bask in her brown as well.
