Refund policy

We encourage you to visit Edelweiss to browse our catalog and read any of our books at no cost prior to placing an order.

If you placed an order through our website and your order was damaged, please email us at sales (at) sambasivanandparikh (dot) com, with the subject, "Return Inquiry, [Order Number]". We require photographs to prove that the shipment was damaged. 

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. The majority of refunds appear on credit card statements within 10-15 business days, however processing times may vary.

Once the order is received you will be notified via email regarding the status of the returned item(s). If your return is received after 30 days, we can provide a shop credit towards a future purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout. 
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund, if damaged.
