Anantjeet Kaur is an independent illustrator and graphic designer. Born and brought up in Delhi, she graduated in graphic design and English literature. Her curiosity and deep love for adventure & travel takes her across the length and breadth of her country as often as time permits. Before diving headlong into illustration for children's books, she worked with design studios in branding and website design and did a short stint as a production assistant for light & sound shows. A varied life experience (however short), love of life, for her country as well as her Sikh roots propel her imagination in a unique way.

Over the past couple of years her illustrations have featured in several children's books, magazines and textbooks. She was also the 2019 India entrant at the Bratislava Illustration Biennale Workshop, drawing her inspiration primarily from her young audience.
